US: Taryn Rose appoints operations boss

Shoemaker Taryn Rose International has appointed Donald Petersen as vice president of operations effective immediately. He will report to Robert Meers, chief executive officer.

"I am thrilled to have Donald join the leadership team that we have been building over the last several months," said Meers. "Donald and I have worked together in the past, his extensive experience in operations and supply chain will be invaluable as our company continues to grow."

In his previous positions, Petersen managed operations for Reebok International in the US and Europe, oversaw logistics for multiple brands at VF Corporation and most recently was vice president of operations for Vans, a division of VF Corporation in Cypress, California.
