Tice's Revolutionary FS-2000 to be Sold by AMF REECE Worldwide

Tice Technology, Inc. (OTCBB:TICE) announced that it had entered into worldwide OEM brand representation agreement with AMF REECE, manufacturers and worldwide distributors of specialized industrial sewing equipment and accessories.

The agreement allows AMF REECE to exclusively market, sell and support the revolutionary new Tice FS-2000 felling machines in all markets outside North America, and allows AMF REECE to sell on a non-exclusive basis to all markets excluding Canada, where Tice has an existing distributor relationship. Felling machines are used in several apparel and non-apparel sewing applications where stitch strength is important. To introduce the new arrangement to the apparel industry, AMF REECE will display the product at its booth in the upcoming IMB show held May 30 through June 3 in Cologne, Germany. AMF REECE booth number is Hall 14.2 booth k21/128. This show is the preeminent industrial machinery show for the apparel market in 2000. AMF REECE will distribute the FS-2000 under the name JE-FFS.

"This agreement opens the global marketplace to Tice much faster than we could have accomplished by building our own distribution network" said Charles R. West, President and CEO. "AMF REECE's strong reputation for quality and service were overriding factors in the decision, and I think this is truly a win-win situation for both companies."

Scott Fullerton, President of AMF REECE, stated, "We are very enthusiastic about adding the Fell Seamer to our product line offering. It is a perfect complement to our line and will be an excellent fit with our established distribution and support network."
