US: Urban Outfitters opts for Accertify solution

US retailer Urban Outfitters has chosen to use Accertify's fraud prevention solution for its e-commerce businesses.

It will use the Interceptas solution to manage any possible credit card fraud exposure at its two Urban Outfitters web sites, together with its Anthropologie and Free People branded sites.

John Kyees, Urban Outfitters' chief financial officer, said: "When shopping on our websites, customers want a quick and hassle-free experience. Taking a tougher stance against e-commerce fraud helps us maintain our customers' trust and provide the smooth and easy experience they expect online."
