US: Weyco buys majority stakes in three licensees

US footwear firm Weyco Group has acquired majority interests in the licensees of its Florsheim, Stacy Adams and Nunn Bush branded shoes in the Australian, Asia Pacific and South African markets for an aggregate purchase price of US$10m.
