Former employees of the failed Supreme 3 textiles group have initiated court action against one of the company's directors as they struggle to recover their accrued entitlements. About 300 employees were owed around A$3m when Supreme 3 collapsed in early April. Many were not paid for the month before the company's collapse, and superannuation entitlements were not paid from at least April 2000. Several individual workers were owed tens of thousands of dollars.
