Zara is to launch its online stores for the Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg and Netherlands markets on 4 November.

The new stores are addition to France, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom, where Zara's e-commerce stores have been up and running since 2 September.

The prices of merchandise on Zara's sites will be identical to those found in the stores, the company said. Shoppers can then select a Zara store for pickup, in which case delivery – from three to five days - is free of charge, or standard home delivery.

Express home shipping will also be available, Zara said, with delivery within a maximum of 48 hours.

Zara said that shoppers can filter their search for garments and other merchandise by type of garment, colours, sizes and prices. They can also view products in precise detail from different angles and use a SuperZoom feature for close-ups.
