Fashion and lifestyle business S.Oliver has decided to implement the Version 6 PLM solution developed by French PLM specialist Dassault Systèmes.

The solution will be the German company’s global platform for design and development, with the aim of ensuring constant availability of up-to-date information to enable the creation and manufacture of new collections.

Dassault said the Enovia Version 6 system would streamline product line complexities, achieve lead-time reduction and enhance global collaboration.

“One of the hallmarks of the textile industry is its globally distributed development, manufacturing and logistics processes,”said Henry Taubald, managing director operations at s.Oliver.

“For a global company such as S.Oliver, integrated and open collaboration both within the company and with external partners and suppliers is a key competitive factor.”
