INDIA: Madura chooses Lawson PLM solution

Apparel and retail company Madura Garments has gone live with Lawson Software’s Fashion Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution.
The product includes a web-based suite of applications designed to facilitate the management of products, from design through production.
Neeraj Pal Singh, Madura vice president information systems, said the company had chosen the Lawson PLM solution after an extensive search.
“We evaluated several systems and found that Lawson Fashion PLM best met the current and future needs of our organisation,” Singh added.
“We are already deriving value from the added capabilities that help us better manage our products from the time we begin designing an item until it’s ready for the retail shelves.”
