ITALY: Iside to distribute Visual PLM

Iside Network is to set up a distribution channel in Italy for the Visual PLM.net solution developed by Canadian company Visual 2000 International.
The agreement means Italian apparel firms now have the option of a fashion-PLM offering that is not based on custom or internally developed solutions.
“We believe an international web-based solution…can be a good way to increase the cooperative design and creation processes, which are the new trend of the industry,” said Iside Network’s CEO Gianmaria Odello.
“Italy is the flagship of worldwide fashion, we are eager to contribute to the international expansion of design/creation in a co-operative process,” adds Charles Benoualid, Visual 2000 VP R&D.
