Our specialty is in the apparel industry, and in addition Just OnePlace services customers in FMCG verticals such as toys, furniture, cosmetics and footwear.

Just OnePlace is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and is also a reseller of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Our specialized consultants are able to integrate OnePlace with existing in-house Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) solutions through tailorable web services.

The key components of the OnePlace PLM application include:

Line Planning - With minimal details, a concept can be initiated and as the line/range planning evolves, additional information such as images and materials can be added, leading up to the concept being approved as a product. As concepts are moved in and out of the range during planning, a running OTB is maintained. Line Planning reports allow the grouping of themes and collections with images/colors for fast decision making.

Workflow and Tracking - Fully web-enabled with an easy drag-and-drop template-driven workflow designer tool to enable the easy mapping of critical paths. Workflow templates are re-useable, making for speedy processing and effective utilization.  Extensive report views with filters provide a true management-by-exception environment.

Design and Product Management - allows users to manage the complete design process from Line Planning to Sample Tracking online, integrating concept and technical designs, raw materials, trims, and all other information into one centralized database. With one-click reporting available throughout the application, snapshots of bottlenecks and margin problems can be identified and acted on quickly.

Product Specification - allows users to create and maintain detailed product specifications including measurements, construction details, packing details, component listings and graphics from your existing CAD, scanners, and digital cameras. Users can produce pdf technical specification packs to send to suppliers via a secure supplier web portal. Time to market can be greatly reduced with online collaboration with suppliers.

Costing and Engineering - enables users to manage their OTB budget from the beginning of a range creation, create quick costings to check the profitability of a style, include import/export costing to include broker rate, quota, duties, and more. One-click reports show instant costing figures.

Quality Control and Sample Tracking - a sophisticated sample tracking tool allows users to instantly gain visibility to the status of all samples before and after receipt. All sample test results are instantly viewable and can be tracked to ensure nothing falls through the cracks or is accidently re-tested by mistake.  Reports allow companies to assess individual vendor's performance ratings and help identify potential bottlenecks before they turn into costly delays.

Supplier Portal - suppliers can have their own log on to a supplier portal where their dashboard instantly alerts them as to what is required of them.  They can view and download spec packs, requests for quotes, sample requests, resubmits, etc. online and in real-time, and even provide updates via the portal to give you additional information without have to rekey anything from a supplier email or spreadsheet.
