Lawson Fashion Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is a comprehensive tool for retailers and manufacturers of apparel, footwear, home textiles and accessories. This flexible, collaborative, web-based suite of applications facilitates the management of products, from design all the way through to production. It will enable you to innovate faster, but with more accuracy and with greater input from both your internal and external partners.

Lawson Fashion PLM has deep industry-specific functionality and contains over 300 out-of-the-box forms that can be easily configured without additional coding. Using a common interface and standardized features across applications, this suite is designed to help you manage complex processes more effectively.

Because Lawson Fashion PLM enables collaboration between internal and external business partners, different elements of a style or raw material can be owned by different users. It enables better vendor collaboration through the customization of roles. Lawson Fashion PLM consists of the following modules:

Storyboard: Digital storyboards on themes, brand concepts, and trends can be easily created by dragging and dropping images on a board and sharing them with internal and external partners to quickly develop lines.

Line Optimizer: Line Optimizer provides visibility from financial and attributes plans to actual development on the line plan. Financial potential of your company’s product mix can be maximized while reducing cycle time and costs. Catalog plans are efficiently prepared utilizing line plan data and can be easily shared.

Product Manager: A robust product data management solution that includes construction, bill of materials, specifications, sample requests and basic costing. Internal and external partners can see product information in real time and collaborate through the use of comments.

Workflow: Allows tracking progress through the product lifecycle that can help you coordinate, manage and track pre-production delivery activities

Fabric & Trim: Provides the tools to collaborate with suppliers on raw material specifications, sampling, testing, and costing, and seamlessly integrates with the other applications in the suite.

Source: Provides the tools to request costing by size and colors, compare and approve quotes, create sourcing plans and what-if plans, and evaluate vendors.

Fashion Designer: A technical drawing tool used to create accurate line sketches.

Lawson Fashion PLM provides security and configuration tools to setup users, and configure forms, data and folder hierarchies for all modules. Lawson Fashion PLM also has a common library that provides centralized information on styles, fabrics, trims and colors and is available throughout the suite.
