Shop Floor Control The Production Manager is a high performance, cost effective, plant-level system. This shop floor control software system is an outstanding solution for any business that is producing sewn products (apparel, handbags, shoes, hats, home furnishings, and other sewn products). Bar-coded coupons permit rapid entry of daily production and payroll data. After scanning the coupons into the TPM system, a host of reports and inquiries can be generated to track employee performance, calculate payroll for incentive and non-incentive employees, display the status of work-in-process, and provide multiple reports, assist with plant loading, and much more. Other methods of data collection are available, including real time modular monitoring and real time WIP data collection.  The TPM System allows each user the ability to operate in English, Spanish or Simplified Chinese.
