US: Lectra appoints Paula Levy to fashion post

CAD/CAM provider Lectra has named Paula Levy as its new Lectra Americas vice president of sales for fashion.

The company said that Levy would be responsible for expanding Lectra’s footprint in the fashion sector through the post, which is based in New York. 

Lectra, which provides software for the textiles, leather and industrial fabrics industries, noted that Levy has more than 20 years experience in the enterprise software industry. She was most recently the senior director of sales and marketing for Retaligent Solutions.

“Paula has extensive enterprise software sales experience combined with expertise in marketing, business development and alliances,” said David Rode, president of Lectra Americas.

“She has a proven track record of creating strategic vision and executing programmes that increase revenue and market share. We are confident that Paula will play a major role in growing our PLM business.”
