US: Ramp Logistics invests in NGC's apparel ERP software

West coast warehouse and logistics company Ramp Logistics has selected NGC's RedHorse apparel ERP software as a strategic business solution for its customers.

Ramp Logistics, which specialises in the high-end apparel, shoe and accessory markets, says the tool will provide infrastructure to help smaller companies accelerate their growth.

"Our customers are small high-growth brands that really understand the fashion and apparel business, but they typically lack the sophisticated business infrastructure of larger companies, such as an ERP system," explains Darren Crawford, CEO, Ramp Logistics.

"By making RedHorse available to our customers, Ramp Logistics can provide the systems they need to help their companies grow: accounting, purchasing, order management, EDI, allocations, inventory tracking, and much more."

The apparel-specific ERP platform allows users to view real-time business data and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profits, inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other critical business functions.
