Founded in 1998, ecVision’s mission is to provide innovative global sourcing & collaboration systems for organizations that source internationally. Our solutions are specifically designed to speed the concept-to-delivery cycle by improving communication, creating visibility, and strengthening supplier/retailer collaboration.
Realizing technology’s pivotal role in sourcing and merchandising processes, ecVision successfully focuses its technology expertise toward developing innovative software solutions that facilitate secure international communication, collaboration, and trade among companies. For example, ecVision was one of the first software providers to utilize Extensible Markup Language (XML) and Java in an advanced suite of international supply chain collaboration products.
To cover the global needs of the industry, ecVision has offices in the USA, Hong Kong, and China, as well as a network of distribution and support partners in 16 countries around the world.
Product Line
ecVision’s products provide instant access and real-time visibility for everyone involved in the various stages of your product lifecycle. The ecVision product suite includes:
- ecVision XpressCommerce® is a web-based solution that provides the capability to manage and execute each step in the product lifecycle process, optimize relationships with trading partners, and maximize visibility into the entire workflow process.
- XpressRoad™ is an open source application development platform for all industries.
- ecVision XpressChain® enables consumer goods retailers and brand manufacturers to exchange trade documents with their suppliers, allowing them to streamline the document flow between trading partners.

Customer Support & Service
We understand that dedicated, ongoing support is essential to helping you maximize your investment in a technology solution. In addition to providing routine maintenance, such as modifications, enhancements, and upgrades, to existing implementations, our teams in both the US and HK provide tech support to users, both internal and external, twenty-four hours a day, six days a week via phone, Web site or e-mail so you can count on receiving knowledgeable, real-time support from consultants with a high level of expertise in our solutions. Another advantage is our ability to support overseas suppliers with rollout, training and help desk in their local language. We offer onsite-offshore production support services to our clients. This means that our resources visit your site to understand the implementation and then work with our offshore development teams to provide the needed resources for your project.
Roadmap
The primary goals of ecVision’s development plans are to continue to improve the operational efficiency for the entire workflow. ecVision will continue to invest in new technologies, such as Web Services architecture, and to develop new product functionality, specifically in the area of cross-enterprise business process integration, in order to further improve operational efficiency for our clients.
