Women's fashion-comfort footwear brand Aerosoles has named Ralph Lauren executive Denise Incandela as its new CEO, replacing Shawn Neville who is to assume the role of executive chairman.

The change, which is effective immediately, comes as Neville relocates to Colorado – although he will remain engaged in the company in his new role, as an investor, and a partner to the CEO and Palladin Consumer Retail Partners, the majority owner of Aerosoles.

Prior to joining Aerosoles, Incandela was president of Ralph Lauren Global Digital and CIEM, leading the company's $700m global consumer direct business. Before this she spent over 14 years at Saks Fifth Avenue in senior roles including EVP and chief marketing officer and EVP and president Saks Direct.

"I am excited to leverage my branding, merchandising, retail and e-commerce experience to lead Aerosoles into its next phase of growth," Incandela says.

Aerosoles is the lead brand of Aerogroup International, which also includes A2, Aerology and WhatsWhat.
