Aris Industries, Inc (OTCBB:AISI) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with CyberRetail, LLC to design and launch its e-commerce web site for the marketing and sale of its brands, initially focusing on its popular XOXO brand.

The "revolutionary" product, the 'Wonderpant', which enhances a women's figure by shaping and uplifting the hips and derriere, will be featured on the XOXO e-commerce site The web site should be fully operational by the end of July.

"Our agreement with CyberRetail exemplifies our aggressive approach to expand the sales of our trend-setting designs," stated Arnold H. Simon, president and CEO of Aris Industries. "We are excited about the opportunities the Internet affords our industry, and Aris plans to employ technology to our advantage".

Edward P. Foy, CEO of CyberRetail indicated that: "We are very pleased to add Aris Industries to our growing list of name brand apparel designers and manufacturers. Together, we plan to carry out an aggressive strategy to utilize technology to create additional market opportunities and cost efficiencies for Aris brands."

Aris designs, manufacturers and sells sportswear, outerwear and loungewear under a variety of trade names including XOXO, FUBU, Perry Ellis and Members Only. It is also the licensee for Stetson, Baby Phat, Cynthia Rowley and Brooks Brothers Golf, all of which it plans to launch in 2000 and 2001.
