Protective wear supplier Armor Holdings has completed its acquisition of holsters, belts and accessories provider Bianchi International.

Bianchi is to be be integrated into Armor Holdings' products division and is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings per share.

Robert Schiller, president and chief operating officer of Armor Holdings, said that the $60.0 million deal would help the company to widen its distribution capability and product portfolio, leading to a better product choice.
