More than 300 clothing companies are expected to attend next year's Asia Apparel Expo trade show in Berlin, aimed at European buyers looking to buy made-in Asia garments and accessories.

The event's sixth edition will bring together suppliers from the world's largest clothing producing countries and regions, with particular emphasis on both Hong Kong and China.

Representatives from other major apparel export producing countries are also expected to attend, including those from Bangladesh, Pakistan and India, meeting demand from European customers for finished garments, contract manufacturing and private label development.

Apparel products on show will include men's, women's and children's wear, fabrics and textiles, as well as trimmings and accessories.

According to organiser, Comaisa Limited, 1,800 trade professionals attended last year's show, many with repeat visits over the three days.

Asia Apparel Expo will take place at Messe Berlin from 14-16 February 2017.
