Manufacturer of team apparel Augusta Sportswear has selected Logility Voyager Solutions' software tools for forecasting, visibility into customer demand and inventory management.

Logility said it will help Augusta generate and track forecasts for multiple business needs, leading to shortened cycle times and a reduction in redundant and obsolete inventory.

"Augusta Sportswear serves a broad base of customers and it is important to continually provide them with the highest level of customer service possible," said David Frank, executive vice president sales and marketing, Augusta Sportswear.

Augusta's product line includes baseball and softball wear, basketball wear, soccer wear, track and field suits, football wear, sport shirts, spirit wear, athletic tops, athletic bottoms, athletic fleece, outerwear and warmups, denim shirts, and headwear, as well as bags, totes, and aprons.

Logility customers include food and drinks firms McCain Foods and Pernod Ricard, together with clothing firm VF Corporation.
