UK-based Aurora Fashions has announced a series of executive appointments across its Warehouse, Coast and Oasis clothing brands.

The retailer today (16 December) said Jennifer Roebuck will join Warehouse as marketing director in February 2012. She will join the company from French Connection, where she was head of the fashion brand's digital and e-commerce business.

Kim Elliott will join Coast as design director in March 2012. She joins from Monsoon Accesorize, where he has spent the past 17 years within various design roles, most recently as head of design.

The company has also promoted Hash Ladha, Aurora Fashons' group multichannel director, to the newly created role of deputy managing director at Oasis. He will focus on creating a seamless customer journey across the Oasis multichannel proposition, maximising trading growth and market share.

The company said that following Ladha's promotion, each of the Aurora brands will focus on their dedicated multichannel talent to focus on each brand's requirements to "drive future omnichannel success".

As part of this strategy, it has promoted current group strategic development director Ish Patel to group omnichannel director, taking on responsibility for IT, distribution, business development and the multichannel technical teams.

"The fact that we're able to attract and retain the best talent in the industry is testament to the scale and breadth of the Aurora Group," said chief executive Mike Shearwood.

"We're committed to investing in the right people, for the right senior management roles to ensure each brand is led by a strong, autonomous team that is as passionate about delivering a unique experience for customers as they are about driving growth."
