Australia's sourcing event for the apparel, accessories and textile industry returns to Melbourne in November, promising a professional platform for international sourcing, learning and networking.

International Sourcing Expo Australia (ISEA), which will feature more than 500 exhibitors, offers an extended seminar series including international keynote speakers such as styling and design expert Milou Ket, sourcing specialist Mike Bellamy and global trend forecaster Tony Bannister.

Meanwhile, sessions including panel discussions will address not only the core business of sourcing but will also include presentations on trend and colour forecasting. Featured curated sessions will profile key sourcing destinations, giving attendees the opportunity to easily compare the regional points of difference.

Also on the agenda is a showcase of local programmes and local industry capability by show partner the Council of Textile & Fashion (CTF).

And this year the event will be supported by the new Footwear & Leather Show which will run alongside both the International Sourcing Expo and China Clothing Textile Accessories Expo.

The 16th China Clothing Textile Accessories Expo will feature more than 350 manufacturers and suppliers of clothing, textiles and accessories, while the introduction of the new Footwear & Leather Show provides industry with even greater scope to meet businesses across a broader array of categories.

The formalised addition of footwear and leather products into the event enables businesses to connect with over 500 companies across the three combined events.

Held in partnership with the Council of Textile & Fashion Industries of Australia (TFIA), the ISEA will host delegates from more than 14 countries and is also in discussions with India, Fiji, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Mauritius, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Vietnam, according to the show's organiser.

The event will take place at Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from 15-17 November.
