Malaysian apparel company Bonia Corp Bhd is planning to open up to 12 new outlets on the West Asian market by next June at a cost of MYR5 million.

The company plans to open new retail locations in Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in order to double its overseas revenue to 40 per cent of its total sales.

Bonia already operates two outlets in Jeddah, which have seen promising sales, the company says.

Bonia has 32 stores on its domestic market as well as 200 department store sections, with plans to open up five more shopping centre boutiques.
