Malaysian fashion firm Cheetah Holdings is to seal joint ventures and licensing deals with international labels, it has been reported.

Local newspaper the Business Times quoted chief executive officer Tho Tuck Woh as saying: "We are still in initial discussions with some parties. We hope something would materialise next year."

Cheetah has allocated MYR25m (US$7.5m) for "acquisition and diversification purposes", the paper added.
