Men's Wearhouse has announced that the Federal Trade Commission has completed its review of the company's acquisition of After Hours Formalwear from Federated Department Stores.

Men's Wearhouse, which operates 753 stores itself, now anticipates that the transaction for the 507-store After Hours chain will close on or before 9 April 2007.

After Hours' exclusive relationship with David's Bridal will remain effective after the acquisition and be extended to Men's Wearhouse and Moores store brands, a statement said.
