Organisers of the ASAP Global Sourcing Show have formed a partnership with the Corporate Council on Africa in a move which will see the latter exhibit at the next two ASAP shows.

The deal follows the recent surge in US exports from African textile and apparel manufacturers as a result of the various duty-free benefits provide by the African Growth Opportunity Act.

Officials from the Corporate Council on Africa, a group of nearly 160 US companies dedicated to strengthening the commercial relationship between the US and Africa, will now exhibit at ASAP shows in February and August.
