"We have been striving to obtain an American presence, with local US manufacturing facilities and US clients, as part of our long-term growth strategy. This acquisition provides us with a robust platform for future growth."

Defense Industries supplies body armour, bomb disposal suits and bullet-resistant vests and jackets to the Israel Defense Forces, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), the United Nations Peacekeeping Forces and other UN organisations.
