A breakthrough fabric that incorporates the advantages of performance fabrics into cotton has been launched by Delta Galil Industries Ltd.

The company's new patent pending RealCool Cotton uses a nanotechnology process along with special treatment to increase the absorption capacity of the fabric.

Moisture is simultaneously transferred to the fabric's surface, enabling swift evaporation.
The development is thought to have particular appeal for underwear end-uses which crave the touch of natural fibres but also require moisture management properties.

RealCool Cotton is said to keep its properties after 30 washes and may be applied to all types of cotton and cotton-Lycra fabrics.
