Williamson-Dickie and Daystone International have announced the completion of their licensing partnership after nine years.

Daystone held the license for Dickies fashion headwear, caps and cold weather knit headwear.

Dickies said that Daystone, a wholly owned subsidiary of San Sun Hat and Cap Co, has been a strong licensee for the company, and will continue to fulfill licensed orders throughout 2009.

Daystone will also continue operations in Atlanta until December 2009 but following that its new headquarters will be located in Roselle, IL, a suburb of Chicago.

Dickies said it is not currently accepting proposals for a new licensing partner in headwear and cold weather accessories.

Meanwhile, Dickies will continue to work with accessories maker Randa to provide licensed leather goods in a multi-year extension of their 25 year partnership.

Randa's product offerings include men's and boys' belts, wallets, suspenders and travel kits.

"Dickies is proud to have the best licensing partners in the business to take our brand into new categories and offer customers a more thorough product assortment," says Michael Penn, VP of licensing for Dickies.

"Randa has worked with us for a number of years to add heritage and credibility to the Dickies brand, and we look forward to working with them for years to come."
