Outdoor lifestyle brand Eddie Bauer has named Timothy McLaughlin as senior vice president, chief financial officer and Shelley Milano as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of the company.

McLaughlin will oversee financial planning, analysis and oversight of the company's investor relations and compliance activities. Most recently, he served as vice president and corporate controller at AT&T Wireless Services Inc.

Milano will be responsible for directing the legal affairs of the company and serving as the secretary to the board of directors. Milano most recently held the position of executive vice president and general counsel for Starbucks Coffee Company.
The company also announced today that Kurt Petonke has been promoted to the open position of divisional vice president, men's merchandising from the position of merchandise manager, knits and sweaters, and that Maureen Pavlovich has been promoted to the new position of divisional vice president, accessories and field and gear from her current position merchandise manager, bottoms and denim.

Bauer's Parent company The Spiegel Group, which filed for bankruptcy in 2003, is currently executing a plan of reorganization that involves the formation of a new corporate structure around the Eddie Bauer business.

Following the reshuffling, Eddie Bauer Holdings Inc will be the new parent company of Eddie Bauer and its subsidiaries and other affiliated support operations.

Eddie Bauer is a premium outdoor-inspired casual wear brand selling clothing, accessories and home furnishings for men and women in its stores in the US and Canada, and through joint venture partnerships in Germany and Japan.
