Brand licensing company Iconix has promoted three executives to help grow its portfolio of consumer brands including Candie's, Bongo, Badgley Mischka, Joe Boxer, Rampage and Mudd.

Lanie Pilnock is named senior vice president, brand management. She has been at Iconix for the last four years directing trend and fashion as well as brand management for the company. 

Before joining Iconix, Pilnock was at Target and, most recently, trend manager at Marshall Fields for women's ready-to-wear, in the junior and dress divisions.

Yehuda Shmidman has been promoted to senior vice president, business development.

He has been at Iconix over two years and his responsibilities include sourcing new licensees and supporting the acquisition team in seeking out new brands.

Gary Klein has been promoted to vice president, finance. Mr Klein has been with Iconix over two years and is responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis as well as supporting the company's acquisition efforts.
