Apparel fabric maker Dollfus Mieg & Cie (DMC) on Tuesday revealed it narrowed its 2002 net loss to $4 million from $25m in the year prior and said it expects to move into the black in 2003.

The firm, which has a global presence in 120 countries, said turnover fell to $328m from $410m while its operating profit rocketed to $15.5m from $1.2m in 2001.
