Fanzz has completed its implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, which the sporting goods retailer hopes will streamline its business processes.

Fanzz, which operates 122 stores across the US, selected the platform to support its growth and standardise its POS and ERP systems on a single platform for integration with its retail stores, e-commerce, merchandising, customer service, warehousing and financials.

The company will use Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail and Retail POS to streamline its business processes across multiple channels and provide real-time 360-degree visibility and control.
