The managing director of Italian fashion group Blufin on Tuesday said it expects to post better-than-expected results for 2002 and revealed plans to expand its presence in the lucrative US market. Gianpaolo Tarabini said Blufin, which owns the Anna Molinari and Blugirl labels and operates more than 700 stores, said he expects turnover to jump nine per cent year-on-year to $80 million which will boost its full-year profit.
