Fashion retailer Moiselle International Holdings Ltd confirmed on Thursday it will list on the Hong Kong stock exchange next month to raise funds for its expansion into China.

The company, which operates around 30 shops under the Moiselle and imaroon brands in its hometown, now has more than 10 franchised outlets in mainland China.

"We hope to have a total of 40 to 50 shops in China within three years, and to see China making up about 30 to 40 percent of our turnover," chairman and managing director Boby Chan said at a news conference.
