Digital design-to-production solutions supplier Fashion Technologies has filed for voluntary Chapter 11 protection.

Reorganisation plans are still being formulated, and no decisions have yet been made on how its 65 employees will be affected, although company officials stress customers and operations will not be impacted.

"There will be absolutely no disruption in service to our customers," said Jesse Leskanic, company president, in a statement. "Operations will continue as normal in both the South Carolina and New York facilities. We are confident that we will emerge from this reorganisation stronger and better positioned within the industry."

Fashion Technologies supplies technology and print screens to the textile design and printing industries.
