Italian football giants Juventus on Wednesday agreed a major kit deal with US sportswear giant Nike Inc which is expected to net it around 13 million euros a season.

The Turin-based Serie A champions and Champions League finalists said the 12-year deal will replace a three-year agreement with Italian sportswear firm Lotto.

"It is with true joy that we welcome Nike to the big Juventus family," said the club's commercial director Romy Gai on its official website.
