Footwear exports from Colombia grew seven per cent year-on-year to US$29 million in 2003, Acicam executive president Luis Gustavo Florez said on Wednesday.

The highest performing export market, Florez said, was the United States with a 53 per cent year-on-year increase.

Sector exports to Venezuela, however, fell 74 per cent year-on-year.
