Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation (NYSE: RL) announced today that Francoise Labro has been named Vice President European Marketing and Creative Development for Ralph Lauren Home. In this newly created position, Ms. Labro will direct the European marketing of Ralph Lauren Home and its licensees, and will work closely with the design group to develop new products. Ms. Labro will report to Ken Rood, President, Ralph Lauren Home, and Alfredo Paredes, Senior Vice President Creative Services, Polo Store Development and Home Collection Design Studio.

Previously, Ms. Labro was Vice President, Image Advertising and Public Relations for Polo Ralph Lauren Europe. Before joining the company in 1996, she served as Editor in Chief of "Maison & Jardin", "Vogue Decoration" and "Elle Decoration".

Elisabeth de la Noue, Director of European Marketing, Polo Ralph Lauren, will be responsible for the marketing and advertising of Polo's apparel brands throughout continental Europe. Caroline de Laurens, Director of Press and Public Relations, Continental Europe, will continue to oversee the company's public relations efforts for mens and womenswear. Both are based in Paris and report to Lynn Tesoro, Senior Vice President, Communications and Collection Marketing and Paddy Byng, Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Advertising, Polo Ralph Lauren.
