A Bill which will ban fur farming in England and Wales receives its final reading in the House of Commons today, but fashion designers say it will have no effect on worldwide production. And they say it will also have little effect on the current revival that fur is seeing in many designer's collections - it will just mean that they will source from countries still producing it.
