Piperlime.com, the online shoes and handbags site owned by US retail giant Gap Inc, has expanded its line-up with the addition of women's apparel.

Labels including Marc by Marc Jacobs, 7 for all Mankind, Joie, J Brand, and Juicy Couture are among the 65 clothing brands on offer.

"We started with footwear because we didn't see anyone in the online shoe market delivering an inspiring and compelling shopping experience," said Piperlime vice president and general manager Jennifer Gosselin.

"We added handbags in 2008 and the response has been so amazing that adding apparel is an obvious next step."

The collection is grounded in premium denim including AG Adriano Goldschmied, Paige Premium Denim and Joe's Jeans, along with tops, dresses and knits from designer brands See by Chloé and Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent.

The website will also feature exclusive fashion tips and product selections from guest editors like celebrity-stylist Rachel Zoe.

In addition to apparel, Piperlime also carries over 250 footwear brands for men, women and children, ranging from casual to designer along with nearly 40 handbag brands.

Piperlime customers receive free shipping and free returns on every order, along with 24-hour customer service via phone or email.

Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy credit cards are accepted, and customers can earn and redeem reward points as well as shopping all five Gap Inc online stores using one shopping bag and one check out.
