Italian Holding di Partecipazioni Industriali SpA looks set to focus its efforts in publishing with the possible sale of its fashion and textiles interests which include the luxury goods group Valentino.

One newspaper, La Stampa, reported on a radio interview with HdP chief executive officer Maurizio Romiti, quoting him as saying: "We have significant possibilities, but the resources are not unlimited."
