For the first time in its history, the spring 2003 Interstoff Asia trade fair is specifically targeting buyers working for bodywear manufacturers.

The organisers define bodywear fabrics as those which are "traditionally worn next to or near the skin" and which are in regular use by producers of lingerie, nightwear, homewear, swimwear and fitness garments.

"During the 25-27 March event such fabrics will be allocated their own display area helping buyers find what they need.

"We believe it will also assist local manufacturers to fall into step with the latest fashion trends emerging in other areas of the now global market for bodywear," the organisers say.
