Fibres business Invista has appointed three new members to its board of directors to replace members who are leaving to join Georgia-Pacific.

Jeff Gentry, president of Koch Mineral Services and Koch Industries, will now serve as chairman of Invista's board.

Jeff Walker will continue as president, chief executive and a director of Invista, reporting to its board.

In addition, Jim Mahoney, KII vice president - operations excellence and compliance, and Mark Humphrey, KII vice president - tax services, have joined the Invista board.

Those resigning from Invista's board are Joe Moeller, formerly president and chief operating officer for Koch, Bill Caffey, formerly executive vice president of Koch for operations, and Bill Caffey, formerly executive vice president of Koch.

Invista is an integrated polymer, intermediates and fibres business with a global presence.
