The UK's largest sports retailer, JJB Sports, is to extend its non-sourcing policy to Myanmar, formerly Burma, following adverse publicity from the UK's Burma Campaign.

The action group had threatened a boycott call after finding Kappa shirts and shorts made in Myanmar at the company's flagship store on London's Oxford Street.

JJB says it will now withdraw goods manufactured in Myanmar and implement a policy to ensure stock will no longer be sourced from there.
