Greek textile group Klonatex has been included in the list of the world's 200 best small and medium-sized companies for 2001 published by Forbes magazine.

In the magazine's rankings, the company has been placed 8th in terms of capital yield worldwide and 2nd amongst the European companies. In terms of profit growth in the last three years, Klonatex ranks 10th in Europe and 28th in the world.

The 200 best companies were selected from 20,000 enterprises with high growth rates in both revenue and profit, and an annual turnover below $500m.
