Management consulting firm Kurt Salmon has hired Cort Jacoby and Kurt Kendall as partners to its retail and consumer products group to help retailers drive operational and strategic changes. 

Jacoby has more than 20 years' experience advising retail and consumer products companies on their product development, sourcing and supply chain strategies.

Kendall joins the company from McKinsey & Co, where he co-led their consumer and marketing analytics centre. He previously served as vice president of enterprise decision analytics for retailer Sears Holdings
