Italian luxury group IT Holding posted a flat pre-tax profit of 13.2 million euros ($13.4 million) for the first nine months of 2002. Its consolidated revenue for the January-September period was 506.6 million euros ($513 million), up 20.2 per cent year-on-year.

The group reported a 10 per cent rise in earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) of 30.7 million euros ($31.1 million) for the first nine months of 2002. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) were 61.1 million euros ($61.9 million) - a 30 per cent year-on-year increase.
