Marti Morfitt has been appointed to the board of athletic wear company Lululemon, expanding its roster of directors to ten.

Morfitt has more than 25 years' experience in leading consumer companies, most recently as the president and CEO of CNS, a consumer healthcare products operator.

"Marti has had an impressive career in the retail and consumer industries, and has strong experience advising global companies," said Lululemon founder and chairman Chip Wilson.

"We are looking forward to the valuable perspective she will provide to Lululemon."
