N Brown Group's chief financial officer Dean Moore is to step down from the online and catalogue fashion retailer after 11 years in the role.

Moore, who is leaving to pursue other interests, will be replaced by Craig Lovelace in the new financial year. Lovelace currently serves as CFO at General Healthcare Group, trading as BMI Healthcare.

Moore will remain with the business in the short term to ensure a smooth transition of his responsibilities.

"The business change programme is progressing well, our performance is in line with our expectations and now feels like a good time, for all concerned, to make this important change," said CEO Angela Spindler.

N Brown yesterday (8 January) confirmed plans to discontinue its Gray & Osbourn catalogue and online business from June, adding that it no longer has a long-term strategic fit with its other brands.
